Claims (1)
- メタルマスクやシルクスクリーンを用いたスク
リーン印刷法によりカーボン、導電ペーストやそ
の他レジスト材などが印刷される印刷配線板に於
て、印刷ずれ検出マークを銅箔にて、前記印刷配
線板内に設ける事を特徴とする印刷配線板。
