  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 漸次幅小となる一対の流入傾斜面１１と該傾
    斜面１１に連続した流入直線面１２とから成る第
    １エレメント１３と、該第１エレメント１３が適
    数個配設された第１枠体１４と、上記直線面１２
    に対して直角方向に形成された第１衝突面１５と
    該衝突面１５の両端にそれぞれ連続して漸次幅広
    となる反転傾斜面１６と該傾斜面１６にそれぞれ
    連続して漸次幅小となる第２衝突面１７とから成
    る第２エレメント１８と、上記第１枠体１４に嵌
    合すると共に上記直線面１２のそれぞれと第１衝
    突面１５が適宜間隔をおいて位置するように第２
    エレメント１８が配設された第２枠体１９とから
    形成された衝突型フイルター２、該フイルター２
    の前方又は後方あるいはその両方に発泡金属多孔
    体フイルター３を配設したことを特徴とするミス
    ト捕集機。 ２ 衝突型フイルター２がその衝突面１５，１７
    に粒状物２０を付着したものであることを特徴と
    する請求項１記載のミスト捕集機。
