第１図は本考案の遠心分級器に係わる装置にお
いて、圧縮空気を分粒流体として粉粒体を搬送す
る経路を示す要領図、第２図は本考案の一実施例
による遠心分級器の破断側面図で、第３図におけ
る断面２−２を示し、第３図は同じく正面断面図
で、第２図における断面３−３、第４図は保持片
が塞板に装嵌された状態を示す部分斜視図、第５
図は一実施例による保持片の斜視図、第６図は挟
持周溝とともに変形とした一例の保持片斜視図、
第７図は保持片に代る部分を設けて一体型とした
一例の塞板部分斜視図を示す。 １０：遠心分級器．１２：分粒流体入口．１４

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 環状リング部分を包含するハウジング内に
    、前記環状リング部分の内部で回転するように取
    付けられてそれらの間で隙間を形成し、この隙間
    と連通する開口部を有する回転子を回転させると
    ともに、ハウジングの流体入口より分粒流体を送
    入することによつて旋回流を発生させ、これに環
    状リング部分に設けた粉粒体入口より粉粒体を供
    給することで、回転子の外周に近い開口部の分粒
    領域において遠心力により粗粉と細粉とに分離さ
    れ、粗粉は、回転子の回転方向に対して粉粒体入
    口の前方に配置されて前記開口部と連通する粗粉
    出口より搬出される一方、細粉は、前記分粒領域
    と連通して回転子の軸心部に設けられた軸方向の
    通路を経て細粉出口へ向け内向きに流れ、流体と
    ともに搬出されるようにした遠心分級器において
    、前記環状リング部分内周に、その幅の両側を若
    干残した一定の幅で全周にわたり同心円の段付き
    くぼみを設け、該くぼみに開口する粉粒体入口よ
    り、回転子の回転方向に沿つて粗粉出口開口部に
    わたる間へ、前記両開口部とはそれぞれ隣接する
    範囲内の全域で、環状リング部分のくぼみ内周面
    とは直角とした両側段壁より、前記内周面に対し
    平行に面を覆う状態で圧流体が対向して噴出する
    手段を付加したことを特徴とする遠心分級器。 (2) 前記環状リング部分のくぼみ内周面とは直
    角とした両側段壁の内のいずれか片側より、前記
    内周面に対し平行に面を覆う状態で圧流体が噴出
    する手段を付加したことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の遠心分級器。
