Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも焦電素子と赤外透過フイルター
とＦＥＴ、抵抗、コンデンサ等の周辺部品とをハ
ウジング内に収納した焦電型赤外線センサに於て
、焦電素子上に信号検出用電極以外に赤外放射能
力を持つヒーター物質を形成し、その一端を接地
リードへ、他の一端を電源リードへ接続したこと
を特徴とする焦電型赤外線センサ。 (2) ヒーター物質が銀、Ｎｉ―Ｃｒ等の信号検
出用電極材と同じ材質のものを含む金属材料から
なり、蒸着、貼り付け等で形成することを特徴と
する請求項(1)に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
