Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 窓箔を箔抑え板によつて抑えている走査管と、
    前記窓箔に先端が対向し、前記窓箔を冷却するエ
    アーを吹き付けるためのノズルと、前記ノズルと
    一体とされてあつて、前記ノズルに前記エアーを
    供給するための給気ダクトとを備えている電子線
    照射装置において、前記給気ダクトの端面に、固
    定バーの一端を２本のボルトで固定するとともに
    、前記固定バーの他端を前記走査管の端面に固定
    してなり、前記窓箔を交換するために前記ボルト
    のうちの一方のボルトを取り去つたとき、他方の
    ボルトを中心として前記給気ダクトを、前記ノズ
    ルが前記窓箔の交換に邪魔にならない下方の位置
    まで回転できるように、前記給気ダクトを給気源
    に至る配管に、締結、弛緩が自在の継手を介して
    、かつ前記継手を弛緩したとき回転自在となるよ
    うに連結してなる電子線照射装置。
