時の過透率T0とした時に、第1の状態では、電
圧を印加しないか、または、透過率がT0〜T0
+(T100―t0)/10となるような電圧を
印加し、第2の状態では、その透過率がT0+(
T100―T0)/2〜T100となるような電
圧もしくはそれ以上の電圧を印加するとともに、
第2の状態では、その印加電圧をその範囲内の少
なくとも一部で可変できるようにした駆動手段を
