段に対向する第１の回動位置とされたときに上記
モータを始動させると共に上記加熱手段を動作さ
せ、上記開口が上記冷却手段に対向する第２の回
動位置とされたときに上記冷却手段を動作させる
制御手段とよりなり、 前記ハンドルを操作して、上記ドラムケースを
上記第１の回動位置に回動させることにより加熱
