Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 相対向するものが二組で合計四枚の側壁パ
    ネル１Ａ，１Ａ，１Ｂ，１Ｂと床パネル２ならび
    に天井パネル３とをもつてボツクス形の地下室本
    体部Ａを構成し、この地下室本体部Ａの上記天井
    パネル３に昇降用出入口４を形成するとともに、
    上記四枚の側壁パネルのうち一つの側壁パネル１
    Ｂに開口部５を形成し、この開口部５の外側に、
    上記側壁パネル１Ｂに対して直角に姿勢する状態
    で互いに相対向する一組の側壁パネル１Ａ，１Ａ
    から一体に外方に延設された延長側壁パネル６，
    ６と上記床パネル２から一体に外方に延設された
    延長床パネル７と上記開口部５の開口幅の両側に
    おいて上記天井パネル３から一体に外方に延設さ
    れた延長天井パネル８，８と上記開口部５を形成
    の側壁パネル１Ｂに対して平行に姿勢させて上記
    各延長パネル６，６，７，８，８の外端部に連結
    された妻壁パネル９とをもつて上向きの開口部１
    ０を有するドライエリア部Ｂを一体に連設したこ
    とを特徴とするユニツト式地下室。 (2) 上記各パネル１Ａ，１Ａ，１Ｂ，１Ｂ，２
    ，３，６，６，７，８，８，９が、骨組となる補
    強鋼材２０の両側に張付け固定された内外二枚の
    鋼板２１，２２ならびにその内外二枚の鋼板２１
    ，２２間に介在された断熱材２３とのサンドイツ
    チ構造から成り、かつ外側の鋼板２２の外面全域
    には耐アルカリ繊維補強ポリマーセメントモルタ
    ルからなる層２４が被着形成されている請求項１
    記載のユニツト式地下室。 (3) 上記ドライエリア部Ｂに排水設備が一体に
    組込まれている請求項１または２記載のユニツト
    式地下室。 (4) 上記ドライエリア部Ｂに避難用タラツプ１
    ６を装備している請求項１ないし３のいずれかに
    記載のユニツト式地下室。
