- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポンプ部を形成するための凹部および低圧
通路が開口するポンプハウジングの端部に、シー
ルワツシヤを介してカバープレートを当接した液
体ポンプであつて、前記シールワツシヤが、前記
凹部および低圧通路を独立して封止するシールリ
ングを備えたことを特徴とする液体ポンプ。 (2) 前記シールワツシヤのシールリングは互い
に異種材料で形成されてなる第１項記載の液体ポ
ンプ。
