に回転可能に軸支された操作レバーのシフト方向
への操作により回転する第1のシヤフトと、前記
ミツシヨンケース内に臨むレバーを有し前記第1
のシヤフトに対して周方向へ回転可能かつ軸方向
へ摺動可能に組付けられ摺動時各シフトヘツドに
選択的に係合しかつ回転時係合するシフトヘツド
を操作する第2のシヤフトを備えた変速操作装置
に設けられ、シリンダの内孔内に液密的かつ軸方
向へ摺動可能に組付けられ同内孔内を軸方向の2
つの流体室に区画する中空シヤフト状のピストン
と、このピストンの内孔内に軸方向へ摺動可能に
組付けられて同ピストンとともに切換弁機構を構
成し摺動時前記両流体室に対する作動流体の給排
を選択的に制御するロツド状のバルブスプールと
、このバルブスプールと前記第1のシヤフトとを
連結し同シヤフトの回転を同バルブスプールに伝
達して同バルブスプールを摺動させる第1の連結
レバーと、前記第2のシヤフトと前記ピストンと
を連結し同ピストンの軸方向の摺動を同シヤフト
に伝達して同シヤフトを回転させる第2の連結レ
バーを備えてなる変速操作装置のシフトアシスト
機構において、前記ピストンとバルブスプール間
に生じる軸方向の相対変位の変位速度または是正
速度を遅延させる緩衝手段を設けたことを特徴と
する変速操作装置のシフトアシスト機構。 (2) 第1項に記載のシストアシスト機構におい
て、前記緩衝手段を第2のシリンダ内に摺動可能
に嵌挿されて同シリンダ内を軸方向の2つの隔室
に区画するピストンと、前記各隔室に介装されて
前記ピストンを両側からそれぞれ付勢する一対の
スプリングを備えたアキユムレータにて構成され
、同アキユムレータの前記両隔室の一方を前記両
流体室の一方にかつ両隔室の他方を前記両流体室
の他方にそれぞれ連通させたことを特徴とする変
速操作装置のシフトアシスト機構。 (3) 第1項に記載のシフトアシスト機構におい
て、前記緩衝手段を前記ピストンとバルブスプー
ルとの軸方向の部位間に設けた第2の流体室にて
構成し、同流体室をオリフイスを介して作動流体
の給排流路の一部に連通させたことを特徴とする
