において、前記盤２３を蓋体２４によつて被せら
れる部分２５と蓋体２４からはみ出す部分２６と
の２倍の面積に形成し、該盤２３の中心部のピン
３０を介して同盤を前記ローター２０に枢支する
と共に、該盤２３から蓋体２４が離れている範囲
で同盤２３を１８０度角だけ回転させる手段を設
