Claims (1)
- 高周波回路とこの高周波回路の出力信号が印加
されるトランスジユーサと発熱部とが形成された
回路基板と、前記トランスジユーサと対向する面
にフエリ磁性体薄膜が形成された誘電体基板とを
備え、発熱部に電流を流すことによりフエリ磁性
体薄膜の温度を制御することを特徴とする磁気共
鳴装置。
