- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車輌ボデイ１の後上部に固定された固定スポイ
ラ６と、この固定スポイラ６の上面に形成した凹
部８内に嵌合状に収容され且つ固定スポイラ６側
に設けた案内レール１０に前後移動自在に案内さ
れる可動スポイラ７とを備えたリヤスポイラ装置
において、 前記可動スポイラ７の前部を前記案内レール１
０に回動自在に支持すると共に、可動スポイラ７
をその前後移動に伴つて固定スポイラ６の凹部８
内に位置する収容姿勢と後上りの傾斜姿勢とに姿
勢変更自在に昇降させる昇降手段２５を設けたこ
とを特徴とするリヤスポイラ装置。
