- 被検出体をはさんだ投光器と受光器を有する光
センサにおいて、前記投光器と前記被検出体の間
に設けられたハーフミラーと、該ハーフミラーで
反射した光を入力して光の強弱に応じた電圧を発
生する診断用受光器と、該受光器からの電圧とあ
らかじめ設定した一定電圧とを比較する比較器と
を具備したことを特徴とする光センサ劣化診断装
置。
