図は回転子鉄心部の断面図である。 図において、１は回転子軸、２は回転子鉄心、
３は回転子溝、４は回転子巻線、５は整流子、６
は回転子溝絶縁、７はウエツジである。なお、図
中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転子軸と、回転子軸に圧入された回転子鉄心
と、その回転子鉄心に設けられた半閉形の回転子
溝に絶縁されて施されている回転子巻線とを備え
た回転子において、 素材を樹脂成型品とし、回転子鉄心表面側の回
転子溝の溝形状に対応した断面凸状のリブを有す
るウエツジを、回転子溝に沿つて装入し、該リブ
の上端面を回転子鉄心の外周面と同一円周面上に
配置したことを特徴とする回転子。
