射係数決定手段と、クランキングにおけるエンジ
ンの1回転当たりの所要時間を求める回転速度演
算手段と、上記所要時間と噴射係数を乗じて燃料
噴射時間を求める燃料噴射量決定手段とを備え、
上記駆動手段は、エンジンの1回転毎に、上記燃
料噴射量決定手段により求められた燃料噴射時間
だけ上記始動用燃料噴射弁を開弁させることを特
