の圧力スイツチ１３の受圧部分を液体ヘリウム貯
蔵容器１内のガス層部分１４に連通接続して液体
ヘリウム貯蔵容器１内のガス圧に基づき電気ヒー
タ１１への給電を制御可能に構成し、一定圧に保
持した液体ヘリウム貯蔵容器１内のガス圧力で液
体ヘリウムを他の設備８の受入容器９に移送する
ようにしたことを特徴とする液体ヘリウムの移送
