Abstract

PURPOSE:To high-efficiently and safely remove an underground continuous wall by a method wherein a pipe being not fast is previously embedded in a wall along a division crush projected line and after the wall is built and the temporary use thereof is finished, a static crushing agent is placed in the pipe to destroy the wall. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 4 made of chloride polyvinyl, rubber, or sheet, being not fast is mounted in an iron reinforcing cage along a division crushing projected line (a) of an underground continuous wall 1. An end part 4a thereof is exposed from the top end of the wall 1 and the wall surface side thereof to insert a plug 5. Thereafter, by concreting, a wall is finished, and when a temporary use is finished to remove it, the plug 5 is removed. A static crushing agent is placed in the pipe, by generating a powerful expansion pressure due to hydration reaction, concrete is crushed from the interior. an exposed reinforcing bar is removed, and the wall is conveyed as a large block for removal. This method enables execution of a high-efficient and safe work event at a place having adverse working environment.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a pipe that is not robust to a reinforcing bar cage along a planned line for dividing and fracturing an underground continuous wall so that a plug can be formed at the end of the pipe. Install it so that it is exposed at the end of the continuous wall, and follow the usual procedure for underground continuous wall construction to complete the underground continuous wall by pouring concrete. After using the underground continuous wall temporarily, remove the plug and install the pipe. A static or dynamic crushing agent is placed inside to destroy the concrete, cut the exposed reinforcing bars and steel, and divide the diaphragm wall into large blocks.
The purpose of this project is to transport the divided concrete blocks and perform subdivision work as necessary.
