This kind of traditional semi-frozen beverage manufacturing equipment usually
As shown in FIG. 3, the device main body 9 has a compressor 1 constituting a cooling circuit (refrigeration cycle),
The raw material in the raw material tank 3 is sent to the mixer 5 of the device main body 9 by the carbon dioxide gas pressure of the carbon dioxide gas cylinder 2,
After mixing the carbon dioxide gas sent through the pressure regulating device 4 of the device main body 9 and the above-mentioned raw material in the mixer 5, this raw material mixture is processed into a semi-frozen state in the cooling cylinder 6, and then sent from the take-out device 7. We are trying to release it as a product. The mixture is replenished into the cooling cylinder 6 by utilizing the pressure drop in the cooling cylinder 6 due to the removal of the semi-frozen beverage product, until the inside of the cooling cylinder 6 reaches a predetermined pressure. However, in such a device,
During the cooling operation, the raw material mixture near the cooling cylinder 6 in the mixture supply pipe 8 connecting the cooling cylinder 6 and the mixer 5 is frozen by heat conduction from inside the cooling cylinder 6, and as a result, This has the disadvantage that it becomes impossible to replenish the cooling cylinder 6 with an appropriate amount of the raw material mixture.
そこで、上記の不都合を解消するものとして、

Publication No.). However, in the above device, the temperature transmitted from a portion of the capillary tube to the water supply pipe outlet is relatively low, around 40°C. Therefore, if a capillary tube is wrapped around the outside of the water supply pipe near the refrigerator, it will not be possible to prevent the water supply pipe outlet part temporarily installed inside the refrigerator from freezing, and the capillary tube will not be wrapped around the water supply pipe. Since it is necessary to wrap the capillary tube as close as possible to the discharge port, the capillary tube must be buried in the storage wall.
In addition, since the freezing capacity of the freezer compartment provided in the refrigerator is relatively small, it is necessary to
Although heating back and forth can prevent the water supply pipe outlet from freezing, in the case of equipment with a relatively large refrigeration capacity, such as semi-frozen beverage manufacturing equipment, heating the mixture supply pipe to around 40°C using a capillary tube There is a risk that the discharge part of the passageway may freeze. Moreover,
Since the high-pressure gas passes through the capillary tube after passing through the condenser, there are problems in that even if the capillary tube is wrapped around the water supply pipe outlet, it will not contribute to improving the condensation efficiency. .

The two branch ports of this branch valve 11 each have a raw material tank 12 containing a liquid beverage raw material, and a device main body 20 that adjusts the pressure of the carbon dioxide gas sent out.
A pressure regulating device 13 is connected thereto. These raw material tank 12 and pressure adjustment device 13 are connected to a mixer 14 of an apparatus main body 20 that mixes the fed raw material and carbon dioxide gas to form a raw material mixture. The above-mentioned mixer 14 is connected to a cooling cylinder 16 which processes the raw material mixture sent from the mixer 14 into a semi-frozen product via a mixture supply pipe 15.

The output of the compressor 18 is high temperature and high pressure, and as shown in FIG. After being wound around the outside 15a near the cooling cylinder, it is connected to the condenser. That is, the high temperature and high pressure pipe 19 between the output side of the compressor 18 and the condenser constituting the cooling circuit is connected to the cooling cylinder 1 in the mixture supply pipe 15 connected to the cooling cylinder 16.

As a result, the raw material is sent out from the raw material tank 12 by the pressure of carbon dioxide gas,
The pressure regulating device 13 sends out carbon dioxide gas whose pressure has been regulated. These raw materials and carbon dioxide gas are mixed in a mixer 14, and then supplied as a raw material mixture to a cooling cylinder 16 through a mixture supply pipe 15, and cooled while being stirred to be processed into a semi-frozen beverage. When this semi-frozen beverage is taken out from the take-out device 17, a pressure drop corresponding to the amount taken out occurs in the cooling cylinder 16, while the raw material mixture is replenished into the cooling cylinder 16 so as to restore the reduced pressure. is,
The amount of semi-frozen beverage in the cooling cylinder 16 is always maintained at a constant level.

Since the high-temperature and high-pressure pipe 19 runs along the cooling cylinder exterior 15a of the mixture supply pipe 15, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas discharged from the compressor 18 (approximately 80°C to

At the same time, the desired purpose can be achieved without complicating the structure of the cooling cylinder 16, so that a rise in costs can be suppressed.

Therefore, the condensing efficiency of the condenser is improved, and as a result, the refrigeration efficiency of the cooling circuit (refrigeration cycle) is improved.

There is no need to install a heating device such as a heater, and there is no need to complicate the structure of the cooling cylinder. Even if this device requires a relatively large refrigeration capacity, it can freeze the inside of the mixture supply pipe with a simple structure. It is possible to reliably prevent this and also to suppress a rise in costs.

る。 In addition, the high-temperature, high-pressure gas discharged from the compressor undergoes heat exchange in the mixture supply pipe to be lowered in temperature before being sent to the condenser, which improves the condensation efficiency of the condenser, which in turn improves the cooling circuit (refrigeration cycle). It also has effects such as increased refrigeration efficiency.
