Abstract

PURPOSE:To count the incoming call and to pay the utility charge being the result of multiplying a specific unit price with the call to the service subscriber by setting a specific group number to a telephone set subscribing to the telephone service. CONSTITUTION:The telephone company sets a specific group number to a telephone set subscribing to the telephone service similarly to the case of the free dial service. Then incoming calls for a prescribed period are counted and the utility charge corresponding to the calls is collected from a caller and pays it to the service subscriber. In this case, as to the utility charge collection method from the caller, a call traffic count is subject to add-on to a normal traffic unit in matching with the utility unit price. Since the utility charge is to be paid, the recovery of development investment is attained, the software development with excellent quality is attained and the investment is recovered, then the subscribing to the said service is attained even as an individual not as mere charity and number of traffic units is increased.

（Ｂ）　　従来の技術パソコン通信等を用いたＶＡＮシステムでは着信呼に比
例した料金徴収代行システムがあったが、同一システム
・パターンを持つテレフォン・サービスには、その機能
が無く、同サービスの加入者は、これを単なるＰＲ的用
具の１つとして取り扱うしか方法がなく、開発資金を回
収できないため質の高いソフトウェアが開発されなかっ
