第１図〜第６図は本考案の一実施例を示し、第
１図は浸漬管の断面図、第２図は第１図のＡ―Ａ
線矢視図、第３は鉄皮に冷却パイプを巻回してい
る状態の概略斜視図、第４図は鉄皮の部分展開図
、第５図はＲＨ真空脱ガス装置全体の断面図、第
６図は浸漬管を溶鋼に浸漬して脱ガス処理を行つ
ている状態の断面図である。第７図は冷却パイプ
の溶接部分を示す断面図である。第８図は本考案
の他の実施例を示し、開閉バルブと共に示す浸漬
管の断面図である。 図中、１は鉄皮、６は耐火材層、１４は溶湯通
過孔、１５はガス吹込パイプ、１６はガス吹込路
、１７は開閉バルブ、１８はガス供給部、２０は
冷却パイプ、２２は開閉バルブ、３０はＲＨ真空
脱ガス装置、３２ａは減圧室をそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 減圧可能な減圧室と吹込ガスを供給可能な吹込
ガス供給部とを備えた真空脱ガス装置に装備され
るものであり、 鉄系金属を基材とする筒状の鉄皮と、前記鉄皮
の内面および外面側を覆い耐火材料を基材とする
耐火材層と、一端部が前記真空脱ガス装置の前記
減圧室に連通し他端部が取鍋に連通する溶湯通過
孔と、一端部が前記溶湯通過孔に連通し他端部が
前記吹込ガス供給部に連通するガス吹込路とを備
え、 前記耐火材層に、冷却パイプが前記鉄皮に固定
されて埋設されていることを特徴とする真空脱ガ
ス装置の浸漬管。
