するという欠点があつた。 Conventionally, seats used in vehicles such as automobiles are made by placing a cushion receiving material such as a palm lock material on a plain weave layer of a tape made of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., and placing a polyurethane foam on the receiving material. Most commonly used seat bodies include a seat body whose surface is covered with a skin material, and which is placed on a spring stretched over a frame. However, since none of the materials that make up these seats have breathability, they have poor ventilation and are unable to dissipate the body heat of the occupants or the heat from the outside air. This was causing discomfort to passengers. Further, since polyurethane foam has been used as the cushion material of the seat body, if it is placed directly on the spring, the polyurethane foam will be cut at the contact surface with the spring after long use. For this reason, direct contact between the polyurethane foam and the spring is avoided, and a cushion support material such as a palm lock material is used. However, using such a cushion receiving material not only increases cost but also reduces cushioning properties. In addition, polyurethane has lower pressure elasticity than the fiber cushion material, so in order to maintain good cushioning properties, the polyurethane foam layer needs to be thicker, which overlaps with the thickness of the spring receiving material, making the entire seat higher. This had the disadvantage of making the entire car body taller.

The curled shape of synthetic filament short fibers with three-dimensional curls is partially directional, and the curled filaments of various shapes are formed by stretching and deforming. 5 to 40% of filament lock material in the presence of water vapor, which is formed in the direction where the load strength is desired and the intertwined portions are distributed according to the required load strength.
This is a vehicle seat body comprising a filament cushion material made of a compressed body and a breathable skin body covering the entire cushion material.

似ている。 The synthetic fibers used in this invention include:
Examples include polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, etc., and polyester is most preferred. Its thickness is 50 to 1,000 denier as a monofilament.
Preferably 100-600 denier, most preferably
It is a filament with a three-dimensional curl of 200 to 400 deniers. Here, the term 3-dimensional curl refers to a 3-dimensional curl in a broad sense such as a bidirectional curl or a 3-directional curl, but preferably a 3-dimensional curl filament. A double-combustion filament D as shown in FIG. 1 is made by the method and apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 52-144448, and is then cut to a predetermined size and untwisted to form a three-combustion filament D as shown in FIG. A directional three-dimensional curl filament F is obtained. The length of the filament after cotton production is preferably 25 to 200 mm, especially
60-150mm is preferred. Thus, portions of the filament coil in portions a over portions b, and portions c coil over portions d. However, the e section is not coiled over the f section, but below it. Thus,
The filament sections e to d are in two entanglements or coils of the helix. This can properly be called a non-directional helix, and is very similar to a spiral telephone cord that goes bad when one of its coils becomes non-directional with respect to the other.

There are meshes made of plastic, metal, etc., with plastics mesh being particularly preferred. For example, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, plastic rods are arranged vertically and horizontally at regular intervals and are bonded under heat to form a lattice shape, or as shown in Figure 6. As shown in the figure, there is one in which plastic rods are fused together and then opened to form a diamond shape. The width (or diameter) l of the rod-like material is preferably 1 to 10 mm, particularly 2 to 7 mm, and the distance L between the center points is preferably 5 to 50 mm, particularly 7 to 30 mm.

ともできる。 The filament cushion material 2 is, for example, manufactured by JP-A-Sho.
As shown in No. 54-138669, each of the contact points of the filaments of an aggregate of cotton-made synthetic fiber filaments having three-dimensional curls is bonded with an adhesive, and the filaments of the cushion material are The curled filaments of various shapes are formed by stretching and deforming with partial directionality, and the partially tightly intertwined portions of the curled filaments are formed in the direction in which the load strength is desired. There is a filament lock material in which the intertwined portions are distributed according to the required load strength, and this is also an aggregate of short filament fibers having three-dimensional curls, as shown in JP-A-57-37481, for example. is supplied to a conveying device, and while moving the conveying device, a rotary body consisting of a large number of needle-like objects is rotated, and the needle-like objects are brought into contact with the filament short fiber aggregate to scratch a predetermined portion. The filament is preformed into a predetermined shape by taking the filament, and this is compressed by an endless belt and/or rollers or other means to form a filament aggregate block having a predetermined bulk density, and this molded body is formed into a needle with a barb. After needling to obtain a predetermined needle density (in some cases, rubbing may be performed before compression molding), the filament molded body is placed on an endless belt running in a nearly horizontal direction. It is produced by spraying an adhesive from above, or by immersing a filament molded body in an adhesive and then pulling it out of the liquid and drying it by heating. This cushion material usually has 1 to 100 pieces/100cm 2 , preferably 4 to 50 pieces/100 cm 2 .
Needle density of 100cm2 , pressurized in the presence of water vapor,
For example, while spraying steam on coarse cushion material,
Pressure compress for 1 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 100 to 140℃ and
It is compressed by 40%, preferably 10 to 30%, and if necessary, an adhesive is further applied and dried by heating. This compression prevents "settling". Bulk density after adhesive application is 0.01~0.5
g/cm 3 Preferably 0.03 to 0.2 g/cm 3 . The cushion material can also be treated with a flame retardant to make it flame retardant.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7, a thin breathable cushion layer 5 is layered under a breathable cloth 4 such as a woven or knitted cloth, and a thin cloth 6 such as a woven cloth is further layered under the layer and then sewn with a thread 7. There is something I did. The thin breathable cushion layer 5 is made by applying an adhesive to an aggregate of synthetic fiber filaments having three-dimensional curls of, for example, 30 to 200 deniers, preferably 80 to 150 deniers, and bonding each contact point between the filaments with the adhesive. A porous material made by heating and melting a thermoplastic synthetic resin and extruding it through a nozzle into fibers, stacking them in a curled state and welding and forming the mutual contact points of the fibers to form an integrated porous material ("Hechimaron") Shinko Nylon Co., Ltd. (trade name), "Nomad" (trade name, manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Ltd.), etc. It is also possible to use a material in which the contact portion is further bonded. These skin materials 3 cover the entire cushion material 2 and are fastened at the lower surface with clips 8 or the like.

なる。 As described above, the vehicle seat body according to the present invention has a width l of 1 to 10 mm, and a distance L between the center points of 5 to 50 mm.
The curl shape of synthetic filament short fibers placed on the net-like material and having three-dimensional curls partially has directionality, and is formed by stretching and deforming. In the presence of water vapor, a filament locking material is formed by forming partially tightly intertwined portions of the curled filament in a direction that produces load strength, and distributing the intertwined portions according to the required load strength. This vehicle seat body is made of a filament cushion material made of a 5-40% compressed material and a breathable skin body covering the entire cushion material, so it has good breathability and can be applied to air conditioners. Therefore, the back and seat parts do not become stuffy, and by partially changing the needle density and/or bulk density of the filament cushion material, an appropriate withstand pressure distribution can be ensured, and vibration damping properties are low, making it suitable for long-distance operation. This has the advantage of reducing driver fatigue. Furthermore, since the cushion layer can be made thinner, the entire seat can be lowered, which has the advantage that the entire vehicle body can be lowered. Furthermore, since there is a mesh layer at the bottom, this serves as a cushion material holder and improves the slippage with the spring, so that the cushion material holder that was required in the past becomes unnecessary.
