る。 図において、１Ｓ，１Ｋは それぞれ測定用お
よび校正用の送信回路、２Ｓ，２Ｋはそれぞれ測
定用および校正用超音波送信探触子、３Ｓ，３Ｋ
はそれぞれ測定用および校正用超音波受信探触子
、４Ｓ，４Ｋはそれぞれ測定用および校正用の受
信回路、５Ｓ，５Ｋは それぞれ測定用および校
正用のデータ処理回路、６は計測対象物体である
。なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空中または液体中において超音波を送信すると
    ともに対象物体にあたつて反射してきた超音波を
    受信し、超音波の往復伝搬時間から対象物体まで
    の距離を測定する超音波計測装置において、超音
    波を対象物体に向けて送信したり対象物体から反
    射してきた超音波を受信するための１個または複
    数個の測定用超音波探触子と、前記の測定用超音
    波探触子の超音波伝搬経路をはさんで互いに対向
    させるように配置した校正用超音波送信探触子お
    よび校正用超音波受信探触子と、前記の測定用超
    音波探触子および校正用超音波送信探触子に送信
    用電気パルスを供給する送信回路と、測定用超音
    波探触子および校正用超音波受信探触子から受信
    した電気信号を増幅する受信回路と、前記の受信
    回路から得られた信号を入力し、前記の校正用超
    音波送信探触子と校正用超音波受信探触子間の距
    離および超音波伝搬時間と、前記の測定用超音波
    探触子から求められる超音波伝搬時間とを使用し
    て、前記の測定用超音波探触子から対象物体まで
    の距離を算出する手段とを具備したことを特徴と
    する超音波計測装置。
