路１６にて接続し、 前記前油路１５及び後油路１６には、前記動力
源により駆動されてオイル溜りからオイルを吸込
み圧送するチヤージポンプ３０の吐出路１７を接
続し、 前記吐出路１７と前油路１５との間には前油路
１５から吐出路１７への流れを止めるチエツク弁
１８ａを介設し、 前記吐出路１７と後油路１６との間には後油路
１６から吐出路１７への流れを止めるチエツク弁
１８ｂを介設してなる油圧式変速装置において、 前記チヤージポンプ３０のポンプケース３３に
は補助油路３６を設け、この補助油路の入口３６
ａを油圧ポンプ２０と油圧モータ４０との略中間
位置のオイル溜りに臨ませるとともに、補助油路
の出口３６ｂをチヤージポンプ３０の高圧部に臨
ませ、且つ補助油路３６にチヤージポンプ内圧が
