面図、第４図、第５図は本体の落下方向図、第６
図は従来技術の側面図で、ハンドル付根部を断面
してある。第７図は第６図のＡ−Ａ線断面図であ
る。 図において、１は駆動用モータ、２はハウジン
グ、３はインナカバ、３１は溝、４はハンマケー
ス、５はハンドルカバ、５１は係止部、６，７は
ねじ、８は電池である。

Claims (1)
- 駆動源のモータ部と、該モータ部の回転を減速
するギヤ部、先端工具を回転打撃するインパクト
機構部、及び前記モータ部、ギヤ部、インパクト
機構部をそれぞれ固定、保護するハウジング、イ
ンナカバ、ハンマケースから成る本体胴体部のほ
ぼ中心付近から本体の支持、スイツチの操作を行
うハンドルを垂下し、該ハンドル部の先端部に駆
動用電池を収納する電源部とを有したコードレス
インパクトレンチにおいて、前記モータ部とスイ
ツチ配線部品を固定及び保護し、かつ本体の軸方
向先端側からモータ部、スイツチ等が挿入できる
よう開口部を設けたハウジング、該ハウジングの
開口部外形状と一致し、スイツチ及び配線部品の
固定を行うと共に、前記インナカバ下部のハウジ
ング側端面に形成した溝に対して、軸方向に突き
当たりかつ上下方向にも嵌合する係止部を配設し
たハンドルカバを有し、該インナカバの溝部で、
前記ハンドルカバ係止部を位置決めかつ固定する
ことを特徴とするコードレスインパクトレンチの
ハンドル構造。
