Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 手動により操作されるパーキングブレーキ
操作部と、パーキングブレーキ作動側の作動限度
からパーキングブレーキ解除側の作動限度までの
作動範囲内を作動してパーキングブレーキを作動
および解除させるアクチユエータと、前記パーキ
ングブレーキ操作部の操作に応じてアクチユエー
タの作動を制御する制御手段と、を備えたパーキ
ングブレーキ装置において、前記アクチユエータ
の作動がパーキングブレーキ解除側の作動限度に
達したことを検出する作動限度検出手段を設け、
前記制御手段が作動限度検出手段の検出結果に基
づきアクチユエータの作動を制御してアクチユエ
ータの作動を停止させるようにしたことを特徴と
するパーキングブレーキ装置。 (2) 前記作動限度検出手段がスイツチからなり
、作動限度検出手段をパーキングブレーキの作動
を表示するランプの点滅用スイツチと共用したこ
とを特徴とするパーキングブレーキ装置。
