- 薄い金属板の少なくとも２箇所を曲げ形成して
該金属板上に一体的に固着するマイクロ波集積回
路基板の位置決めを行う凸部を設け、かつ該金属
板をケース等にねじ止めするための取付穴を開設
したことを特徴とするマイクロ波集積回路のサブ
