Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 針状の内部導体と、前記内部導体の外周面に絶
縁体を介して設けられた外部導体とを有する導電
性接触子であつて、 前記絶縁体が、前記内部導体の外周面に蒸着ま
たは被覆処理により成層された絶縁層からなり、
前記外部導体が、前記絶縁層の外周面に蒸着また
は被覆処理により積層された外部導体層からなる
ことを特徴とする導電性接触子。
