Claims (1)
- 片側が固定端で反対側が自由端となつている形
状記憶合金で形成された平板状のプレート部材を
有し、前記プレート部材の上面を彫り込んで真空
吸着孔を設け、前記プレート部材の内部を貫通し
て設けた管路により、前記真空吸着孔を前記プレ
ート部材の固定端の外部に導くように構成された
ことを特徴とするウエハ搬送プレート。
