Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 超音波振動子４に連結され、端面を前記超音波
振動子４の振動方向と直交する平坦な加工面５ａ
とされた加工用ホーン５と、前記加工面５ａと協
働してシート状被加工物２４の一部に超音波振動
を付与する加工工具７と、前記加工用ホーン５と
加工工具７とにより構成された加工部によつて溶
着されるシート状被加工物２４を積極的に一方向
に送り出すために前記加工部よりも被加工物送り
出し側に設けられた適宜の送り手段９とを備えた
超音波溶着装置において、 前記加工工具７よりも被加工物送り込み側の前
記加工用ホーン５の加工面５ａの直前に、被加工
物２４を所定の押圧力で押圧するための押え手段
２５を設けたことを特徴とする超音波溶着装置。
