部分に多孔質Ptと、イツトリア安定化ジルコニ
ア等の固体電解質と、LaCrO3により複数の
セルを構成させるとともに、基体管端部のセルへ
の電流導入部をPtにて処理し、その表面をアル
ミナ溶射とゆう薬により気密化したことを特徴と
