該一軸延伸多孔質プラスチツクス基材は一軸延伸
多孔質プラスチツクスフイルムをその延伸方向に
対し１０〜８０度の角度で切断加工されて形成さ
れ且つその引張強度が１００〜５００Kg／cm2で
あることを特徴とする自己保持性外用材。 (2) 感圧性接着剤層がアクリル酸又はメタクリ
ル酸アルキルエステル単量体（炭素数が１〜１４
）の重合体、又はこれらの単量体と共重合可能な
カルボキシル基含有共重合性単量体及び／又はビ
ニル系単量体との共重合体から成り、該共重合体
の重量平均分子量が５万以上でガラス転移点２５
０°Ｋ以下である請求項１記載の自己保持性外用
材。 (3) 一軸延伸多孔質プラスチツクス基材の片面
に感圧性接着剤層を設けたときの透湿度が３００
ｇ／m2・２４ｈｒ以上である請求項１又は２記載
