Claims (1)
- 回路絶縁を行うパルストランスと、このパルス
トランスの二次側を半波整流するダイオードと、
このダイオードを直列接続し、ＭＯＳ ＦＥＴの
ターンオン・ターンオフ時間を設定する抵抗と、
前記ダイオードのカソード側にエミツタ、ＭＯＳ
ＦＥＴのソース側にコレクタ、ダイオードのア
ノード側にベースをそれぞれ接続したＰＮＰトラ
ンジスタと、前記トランジスタのベース・コレク
タ間に接続したベース電流制限用の抵抗とから成
ることを特徴とするＭＯＳ ＦＥＴのゲート駆動
装置。
