は設備のレイアウト図、第５図は鋼片ラベルの一
例を示す図面である。 １１はリニアセンサカメラ、１３はＹ方向移動
テーブル、１４はＸ方向移動テーブル、１７は光
電センサ、１９はカメラ移動コントローラ、２０
は画像処理装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鋼片の搬送ライン途中に設置されて鋼片端面に
    貼設されたラベル文字を認識する装置であつて、
    搬送ライン上流側に向かつて設けられたリニアセ
    ンサカメラと、該リニアセンサカメラをライン搬
    送方向とラインを横切る方向に移動させる移動機
    構と、前記リニアセンサカメラより上流側に配置
    され、搬送ラインを送られてくる鋼片の先端面停
    止位置を検出す複数個の光電センサと、前記移動
    機構に移動信号を出力するカメラ移動コントロー
    ラと、前記リニアセンサカメラで撮像した画像か
    らラベル文字を認識する画像処理装置を具備して
    成ることを特徴とする鋼片のラベル文字認識装置
    。
