に平行に連通した複数のサンプルガス流通管と、
この各サンプルガス流通管内に同心に貫通して設
けられ両端末を前記捕集容器の上下の端板に嵌合
してシールされ前記頂部熱媒分配部と底部熱媒戻
り部間を連通した熱媒流通管と、前記下部仕切板
におけるサンプルガス流通管同志の間の部位に一
端末を嵌合してシールされ他端末を前記捕集容器
の下端板に嵌合してシールされ前記中間容器部と
底部熱媒戻り部間を容器軸線に平行に連通した複
数の熱媒還流管と、前記捕集容器の上部容器部に
連通して設けられたサンプルガス入口管と、この
捕集容器の下部容器部に連通して設けられたサン
プルガス出口管と、前記頂部熱媒分配部に連通し
て設けられた熱媒入口管と、前記捕集容器の中間
容器部の上端近傍に連通して設けられた熱媒出口
管と、この捕集容器の下部容器部の底部に一端末
