【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は乾電池等にて動作させる無線通信機等
(特に個別呼出用受信機等)における筐体構造で、
特に電池交替の為に着脱する電池カバーの脱落防
止構造に関するものである。

の中で、筐体(ケース)側面の一部がスライド方
式にて嵌合し、先端部の係止片のバネ性を利用し
て着脱するものがあるが、この構造では何回も電
池カバーを抜差ししている内に先端部の係止片が
摩耗してゆるくなつてしまい、電池カバーが外れ
易くなつてしまう。又、この種の受信機は携帯、
運用とも激しい使い方をされるので、携行時に電
池カバーが外れ、電池が飛び出してしまつたり、
あるいは電池カバー自身を紛失してしまつたりす
る事がある。

る。その為、第2図に示す様、ケース1の背面に
は電池カバー2が取付けられ、内部に実装される
電池の交替が簡単に行なえる様に工夫されてい
る。また第3、第4図にて示す様に、ケース1と
電池カバー2がスライド式に嵌合し、先端の係止
片2−4のバネ性を利用し、ケース1の内側に引
掛つて抜けない様にしてある。しかし、このよう
な構造では先端部の係止片2−4のバネ性や、引
掛り部分が摩耗して少なくなると、割合簡単にカ
バー2がケース1から外れてしまう。その為、携
行中の振動衝撃で電池が動いたりすると、同時に
電池カバー2が外れてしまい、中の電池が飛び出
してしまう事があつたり、電池カバー2を紛失し
てしまつたりする事がある。本考案の特徴は、以
上のことを防止する為、基本的なケース1とデン
チカバー2の嵌合構造は従来と同じではあるが、
ロツク機構を追加して不慮の脱落を完全に無くし
た事にある。

が同時に外れる事になる。本考案の構造では更
に、電池カバー2の側面途中に切欠部2−2を設
けると共に、ケース1にはロツクツマミ3を追加
してある。ロツクツマミ3は前記切欠部2−2と
嵌合状態になつた位置で、上下にスライド可能に
取付け、電池カバー2の切欠部2−2に係合した
り、外したりする事が容易にできる様にしてあ
る。このように構成すれば、意識的にロツクツマ
ミ3を操作しない限り、電池カバー2はスライド
できない様になる。

触しても、絶対に外れる事はあり得ない。しかし
ながら、この場合においては、ロツクツマミ3が
容易に上下に動かない事が条件である。その為、
本考案では、ケース1側にロツクツマミ取付穴4
を構成し、その取付穴のほぼ中央の両端には凸部
4−1を形成しておく。この取付穴4に嵌合する
ロツクツマミ3は、表面は操作時に指が引掛るナ
ール面3−1、背面には2本の鉤状舌片3−2を
設けておく。このツマミ3を取付穴4に圧入する
様に押し込むと、ロツクツマミ3はケースから容
易に抜けなくなる。この状態は第7図に明確に示
されている。
