Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ のり状製品を入れる容器を有し、前記容器は
    その内壁に封鎖掛合する摺動ピストンにより一端
    を閉鎖されると共に少なくとも１つの開口をもつ
    分離壁によつて他端を閉鎖され、更に前記分離壁
    をおおうと共に前記分離壁の開口に対して横に片
    寄つて延在しかつ第二逆止弁をもつ出口チヤンネ
    ルをもつた塗布部材を含むヘツド部材を有し、前
    記ヘツド部材は前記分離壁と一緒にポンプチヤン
    バを形成し、前記チヤンバの容積は外部圧力を加
    えることによつて変えることができ、前記ポンプ
    チヤンバはポンプチヤンバに向かつて開いて前記
    分離壁の開口を調整するための第一逆止弁によつ
    て前記容器に向かつて閉鎖されると共に、前記出
    口に向かつてのみ開く前記第二逆止弁によつて前
    記塗布部材の出口に向かつて閉鎖されて成る、の
    り状製品用投与器に於いて、前記ポンプチヤンバ
    １６を実質的に円筒形となし、前記ヘツド部材３
    はポンプ素子（ピストン１５又はヘツド部材３）
    を含み又は成し、前記ポンプ素子は外部から操作
    できると共に前記ポンプチヤンバの容積を変える
    ように前記容器１の長手方向に前記分離壁４に対
    して全体として移動でき、また前記ポンプ素子は
    別個の戻しばね８の作用を受けて前記分離壁から
    離れる方へ戻され、前記ヘツド部材３内に射出成
    形により作つた逆止弁保持部材８，１９を配置し
    ており、前記２つの逆止弁６，２０，２１のうち
    の少なくとも１つの逆止弁の閉鎖部材が前記逆止
    弁保持部材上に取付けられ、前記第一逆止弁の弁
    座が前記容器１と一体の前記分離壁に配置される
    と共に、前記第二逆止弁の弁座が前記ヘツド部材
    ３の出口チヤンネルに配置されることを特徴とす
    るのり状製品用投与器。 ２ 前記分離壁４中の開口５をおおいかつ前記第
    一チエツク弁に属する閉鎖部材２０を前記逆止弁
    保持部材上に設けたことを特徴とする、実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の投与器。 ３ 前記第一逆止弁の前記閉鎖部材２０は前記逆
    止弁保持部材と一体であることを特徴とする、実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の投与器。 ４ 前記第一逆止弁の閉鎖部材２０と前記第二逆
    止弁の閉鎖部材２１を前記逆止弁保持部材上に設
    けたことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項から第３項の何れか１項に記載の投与器。 ５ 前記両逆止弁の閉鎖部材２０，２１は前記逆
    止弁保持部材と一体であることを特徴とする、実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の投与器。 ６ 前記ヘツド部材３はキヤツプとして形成し、
    前記キヤツプは前記容器の分離壁４に対して前記
    容器の長手方向に移動できそして前記容器の周面
    の一部を包囲しそして前記ポンプ素子を形成する
    ことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項から第５項の何れか１項に記載の投与器。 ７ 前記逆止弁保持部材は前記キヤツプの内壁面
    と平行に配列した円筒形弾性スリーブとして形成
    されかつ戻しばね８として作用して一端を前記ヘ
    ツド部材３に隣接させると共に他端を前記分離壁
    ４と前記容器１に夫々隣接させることを特徴とす
    る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の投与器
    。 ８ 前記第一逆止弁５，６が前記分離壁４の開口
    ５に形成した弁座と、これと協働する閉鎖部材を
    有し、前記閉鎖部材は弾性ウエブ７によつて保持
    した弁閉鎖部材６として形成したことを特徴とす
    る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第７項の
    何れか１項に記載の投与器。 ９ 前記弁閉鎖部材６は弾性スリーブとして形成
    した前記逆止弁保持部材にある弾性ウエブによつ
    て保持したことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第７項又は第８項記載の投与器。 １０ 前記ポンプ素子はピストン１５として形成
    し、形成ピストンは前記ポンプチヤンバ１６内へ
    下降せしめられると共に前記ヘツド部材３内を封
    鎖状に案内され、前記塗布部材は前記容器の分離
    壁４に対して移動できない出口チヤンネルとして
    形成したことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項から第５項の何れか１項に記載の投与
    器。 １１ 前記逆止弁保持部材は前記ポンプチヤンバ
    １６の円筒形部分と前記塗布部材９に向つて通じ
    るチヤンネル部分１７の間に連結通路１８を形成
    する一体の部材として構成し、前記一体部材には
    前記第一と第二の逆止弁２０，２１が一体に連結
    されており、前記第二逆止弁は前記逆止弁保持部
    材１９の第一弾性フラツプ部分２１によつて形成
    すると共に、前記第一逆止弁は前記容器１と前記
    ヘツド部材３の間の分離壁３の開口５をおおう第
    二フラツプ部分２０によつて形成されることを特
    徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第
    ５項の何れか１項に記載の投与器。 １２ 前記フラツプ部分２０は前記逆止弁保持部
    材１９と一体に形成した板ばね２２によつて第一
    逆止弁５，２０の閉鎖方向に偏倚せしめられるこ
    とを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１１
    項記載の投与器。 １３ 前記戻しばね８は前記ピストン１５のピス
    トン面中の開口を通して他の中空ピストン部分内
    へ延び入る実質的に円錐形の部分をもつばね板と
    して形成し、そしてその自由端を前記分離壁４に
    よつて支持されることを特徴とする、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１１項又は第１２項記載の投与器
    。 １４ 前記塗布部材９は前記ヘツド部材３に着脱
    自在かつ交換自在に取付けたことを特徴とする、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第１３項の何
    れか１項に記載の投与器。 １５ 前記塗布部材９はその出口通路内に前記第
    二逆止弁を形成する弾性のフラツプ１１をもち、
    第一の弾性を有するが強固な縁部分１２を前記フ
    ラツプ１１と前記塗布部材の内壁の間にヒンジを
    形成せしめると共に薄い第二縁部分１３を形成し
    、前記第二縁部分は第１縁部分に実質的に向き合
    うと共に出口通路を完全に閉鎖するようになし、
    前記塗布部材９を受け入れるための前記ヘツド部
    材３のスリーブ部分１０は前記塗布部材を前記ス
    リーブ部分に完全に挿入するとき前記第二縁部分
    １３を切り離すための上向きの切刃突出部１４を
    形成した内壁をもつことを特徴とする、実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項、第６項
    、第７項、第８項、第９項、第１０項、第１３項
    、第１４項の何れか１項に記載の投与器。
