Claims (1)
ピツチで軸線方向に移動するねじ切り軸によつて
被加工物にねじ切り加工を行なうねじ切り装置に
おいて、所要の複数のピツチの夫々を有する複数
のおねじ部を順次形成したリードスクリユをねじ
切り軸に固定し、該リードスクリユの複数のおね
じ部の夫々に螺合するリードナツトを螺合し、該
リードナツトのそれぞれを必要に応じて該ねじ切
り機構の固定部分に固定するように構成したこと
を特徴とするねじ切り装置。 (2) 上記リードスクリユは、円筒の外面に複数
のおねじ部を順次形成したものである請求項1記
載のねじ切り装置。 (3) 上記ねじ切り軸は、スプライン軸であり、
リードスクリユの一端に固定したストツパリング
の割り目をストツパ固定ボルトによつて締め付け
てリードスクリユをねじ切り軸に固定するように
した請求項1又は2記載のねじ切り装置。 (4) 上記リードナツトのそれぞれに摺動駒を固
定し、この摺動駒はねじ切り機構の固定部分であ
り、リードスクリユ及びリードナツトを覆うリー
ドスクリユーホルダのリードスクリユの軸線に平
行に設けた摺動溝に挿入されており、必要とする
ピツチを有するリードナツトに固定した摺動駒を
締付片を介して固定ボルトを締め付けてリードナ
ツトをリードスクリユーホルダに固定するように
