Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両側面にレール側面溝を有する本体部と、
該本体部と一体に押出し成形された上側車輪転動
部及び下側車輪転動部を有する単位レール相互を
、上記両側のレール側面溝に嵌合・ボルト固定さ
れる継ぎ板で連結してなるリニアモータ式搬送台
車用走行レールの接続構造において、上記継ぎ板
の左半部分と右半部分の下部側が独立的に幅方向
弾性変形可能で、該継ぎ板が幅方向圧縮変形して
上記レール側面溝に嵌合してボルト固定されてい
ることを特徴とするリニアモータ式搬送台車用走
行レールの接続構造。 (2) 継ぎ板が、レール側面溝の溝幅より大きい
幅を有し、下側Ｌ字部に開口して上側Ｌ字部近傍
で終わる第１の切欠き、左端に開口して第１の切
欠きに向かつて所定長さ伸びる第２の切欠き、右
端に開口して第１の切欠きに向かつて所定長さ伸
びる第３の切欠きを有していることを特徴とする
請求項１記載のリニアモータ式搬送台車用走行レ
ールの接続構造。
