Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸１０を介して軸受１１により軸支され、かつ
、真空容器１３内部に配設された表面に光学的ス
リツトパターンの設けられた円盤状の可動スケー
ル９と、同じく真空装置１３内部に配設され、前
記可動スケール９と同様にスリツトパターンが表
面に設けられた固定スケール８と、レンズ７と、
真空容器１３外部に配設された発光素子１と、受
光素子２とが光導入用フランジ１２に固着された
２本の光フアイバ２３，２４によつて光学的に結
合がなされてなる真空装置用エンコーダにおいて
、 該２本の光フアイバ２３，２４を替えて、該光
導入用フランジ１２に固着された第１の光フアイ
バ５と、該発光素子１に光学的に結合した第２の
光フアイバ３と、該受光素子２に光学的に結合し
た第３の光フアイバ４とを、方向性結合器６によ
り結合する構成としたことを特徴とする真空装置
用エンコーダ。
