点がある6 本発明の目的は、交換台群ごとにその交換台群に属する
すべての交換台の運用条件および稼働状態を設定する機
能を持つ代表交換台を設けることで、交換台の扱者から
出される運用条件変更要求に対し、臨機応変の処置を取
ることを可能とし、さらに、すべての交換台に代表交換
台の機能を持たせ、特定の条件でその機能を活性化させ
る機能を持たせることで、交換台の運用に秩序と融通性
を持なぜることを可能とした交換台制御方式を提供する
