Claims (1)
- 加速管の周囲に設けられているシールドリング
の配列方向に沿つて、絶縁性の巻掛装置を設け、
前記シールドリングの配列方向に沿つて前記巻掛
装置が駆動されることによつて前記シールドリン
グに順次接触する接触子を、前記巻掛装置に取り
付けるとともに、前記接触子には、下端が接地さ
れている短絡導体の先端を電気的に接続してなる
電子線照射装置用短絡装置。
