か一方の流体流量を計測する渦流量計の変換器で
あり、該変換器は、渦信号を増幅する増幅回路と
、低い上限周波数をもつ液体流量範囲における渦
信号を液体流量パルスに変換する液体用変換回路
と、高い上限周波数をもつ気体流量範囲における
渦信号を気体流量パルスに変換する気体用変換回
路と、流体の状態量を検知するセンサと、該セン
サの検出レベルが設定値以下で高レベル信号を発
信するコンパレータと、該コンパレータの高レベ
ル信号により増幅回路に接続された液体用変換回
路と気体用変換回路液体流量パルスのみ出力し、
気体流量パルスを閉路し、低レベル時液体流量パ
ルスは閉路し気体流量パルスを出力するゲート手
段とで構成したことを特徴とする渦流量計変換器
