Claims (1)
- 蒸気及びガスタービンロータの各シールハウジ
ング外側にアダプタリングを設け、該アダプタリ
ングにロータ外周を囲繞する中空状弾性体を嵌着
すると共に、中空状弾性体の中空部に加圧流体供
給源を接続してなる蒸気及びガスタービンロータ
のブレーキ装置。
