Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガスにより抵抗値が変化する金属酸化物半
導体の焼結体に、１対のコイル状ヒータ兼用電極
を埋設したガスセンサにおいて、 前記の焼結体に設けた１平面上に、ヒータ兼用
電極のコイルとほぼ同一幅の、２つのコイル収容
用のくぼみを設け、 このくぼみに１対の前記ヒータ兼用電極を収容
し、焼結体に用いた金属酸化物半導体と同種の金
属酸化物半導体をくぼみに充填して、ヒータ兼用
電極をくぼみに埋設・固定したことを特徴とする
、ガスセンサ。 (2) くぼみ深さをヒータ兼用電極のコイル外径
以上とし、かつ金属酸化物半導体をその表面が焼
結体の表面とほぼ同一面上にそろうようにくぼみ
に充填したことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の
ガスセンサ。 (3) 前記の金属酸化物半導体の焼結体にセラミ
ツク繊維を混入したことを特徴とする、請求項１
または２に記載のガスセンサ。
