- 車両上の日射を受ける位置に搭載された太陽電
池によつて駆動される送風装置と、同太陽電池に
よつて作用するペルチエ素子を用いた冷却装置と
、これらの装置によつて生起される冷風をハンド
ルの外部あるいは内部に供給する装置とを備えた
ことを特徴とする車両ハンドル温度上昇防止装置
。
