Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ほぼ水平方向に中心軸を有し該軸回りに回
転駆動される円筒状容器内に多数のネジ類を収容
し、該容器内のネジを撹拌することによつて容器
の周壁に形成されたネジ類誘導路にネジ類を整列
させるネジ類の整列供給装置において、 容器の周壁には一本のネジ類が通過可能な大き
さの断面を有し、且つその一端が容器の内側に開
口し、他端が容器の外側に開口した複数のネジ類
誘導路を形成し、しかも上記ネジ類誘導路の両側
と容器の内周面にはネジ類の拡大頭部を支持する
段部を連続形成し、前記円筒状容器の一方の側壁
には、容器の回転中心から周壁方向に放射状に拡
散形成された凸条の稜を有する撹拌体を設けて成
ることを特徴とするネジ類の整列供給装置。 (2) 前記撹拌体の凸状の稜は、その容器の回転
中心側が容器の内方に向かつて高い錐状に形成さ
れている請求項(1)記載のネジ類の整列供給装置
。 (3) 前記ネジ類誘導路は前記容器の周壁に等間
隔に複数個形成され、各ネジ類誘導路は前記周壁
に沿つて、その外側開口端よりも内側開口端の方
が容器の回転方向の前方側に配置形成されている
請求項(1)記載のネジ類の整列供給装置。 (4) 前記撹拌体の稜が前記ネジ類誘導路の内側
開口端と同数形成され、かつ上記稜が前記ネジ類
誘導路の内側開口端から離れた位置に配置されて
いる請求項(1)記載のネジ類の整列供給装置。
