うにケース9の側面には窓を設け、この窓内に半
田付用の突出部10を設け、この突出部10を誘
電体同軸共振器12に半田16により接続し、誘
電体同軸共振器の外周面のアース接続をしている

ースの部品点数が少なくなり、しかもケースの組
み立てという工程が必要なくなるので、作業性の
