Claims (1)
- 本体ケース内に加熱室と、加熱室に高周波を供
給するマグネトロンと、本体ケースの吸気口から
外気を吸引する冷却フアンと、吸引した空気によ
つてマグネトロンを冷却しケース外部へ排出する
冷却ダクトと、吸引した空気を加熱室に供給する
吸気ダクトとを備え、さらに、冷却ダクトの壁面
に開閉可能に設けられマグネトロンによつて加熱
された冷却ダクトの空気の一部を吸気ダクトに供
給することが可能な弁と、加熱室に供給された空
気をケース外部へ排出する排気路と、その排気路
に設けた温度センサと、マグネトロンによつて加
熱された空気の流路に配置され前記弁の開閉を行
う形状記憶合金製の駆動部材とを有し、かつ、そ
の駆動部材は前記弁を、マグネトロンによつて加
熱された空気の温度が、低くなると開放する方向
に、高くなると閉鎖する方向に、駆動させること
を特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
