Claims (1)
結固定された駆動杆に設けた永久磁石、およびこ
の永久磁石の外周に配置した電磁石の相互作用に
よつて前記駆動杆が電源周波数に応じて往復動す
る電磁振動型ダイアフラム式エアーポンプにおい
て、前記電磁石に直列接続した制御端子付スイツ
チング素子と、この制御端子付スイツチング素子
の導通角を調整する位相調整回路とを設けたこと
を特徴とする電磁振動型ダイアフラム式エアーポ
ンプ。 (2) 対向させた一対のダイアフラムに両端が連
結固定された駆動杆に設けた永久磁石、およびこ
の永久磁石の外周に配置した電磁石の相互作用に
よつて前記駆動杆を電源周波数に応じて往復動す
る電磁振動型ダイアフラム式エアーポンプにおい
て、前記電磁石に直列接続した制御端子付スイツ
チング素子と、この制御端子付スイツチング素子
の導通角を調整する位相調整回路と、前記駆動杆
の異常変位を検出して電気信号に変換する異常検
出回路と、この異常検出回路が出力する前記電気
信号を積分する積分回路と、この積分回路の積分
値が前記駆動杆の異常変位を識別するための閾値
を越えると、前記位相調整回路から前記制御端子
付スイツチング素子への出力を遮断する遮断回路
とを設けたことを特徴とする電磁振動型ダイアフ
